This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes technical data to deliver the website and secure its systems. This may include IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, response status, transfer volumes, browser and operating-system information and the referring page where supplied.
The purpose is to provide a reliable and secure website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service against misuse. ALL-INKL receives these data as the hosting provider.

3. No visitor analytics or marketing tracking
This website uses no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or other embedded visitor analytics or marketing services. It sets no tracking cookies. Technical hosting access data are separate from visitor tracking.
4. Privacy notice and local storage
A privacy notice appears on your first visit. Only after you confirm it do we save your choice in this browser’s local storage under itcs-privacy-v1. The record contains the notice version, confirmation and expiry times and the disabled analytics and marketing status. It contains no individual visitor identifier and is not transmitted to us.
This storage is used solely to remember your confirmation so the notice does not reappear on every page. The choice is valid for up to 180 days. After expiry, the notice appears again; confirming again replaces the previous record. You can delete it through your browser’s website-data settings. The website remains usable if storage is blocked, although the notice may reappear. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to reopen the information at any time.
5. Email and telephone enquiries
When you contact us, we process the contact information and message content you provide to handle your enquiry. For contractual enquiries the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing information is voluntary, but without suitable contact details we may be unable to reply.
Data are deleted once the enquiry is resolved and no further retention grounds remain. Statutory retention duties and necessary protection of legal claims are taken into account. Email and telephone links open your communication service. This website does not operate a contact form.
6. External links and local content
Fonts, styles and images are served with the website. External links, such as those to comsar.de or standards publishers, open their destination only when clicked. The destination’s privacy information applies there.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. For processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time for the future.
