COM.SAR cleans building-services equipment and related devices inside and out. This includes low-voltage and high-voltage equipment (LV/HV) and transformers according to customer requirements. From an individual device to a coordinated site programme, we tailor the scope to your needs and technical conditions.
Cleaning technical equipment inside and out
We plan the work around the equipment type, condition, accessibility and your requirements. Components and cleaning depth are agreed in advance.
- Building-services equipment, including ventilation and cooling units, inside and out
- Low-voltage (LV) equipment and systems, inside and out
- High-voltage (HV) equipment and systems, inside and out
- Transformers, enclosures and technical installations, inside and out
- Technical rooms, raised-floor areas, installation surfaces and cable trays
A coordinated process for internal cleaning
Opening enclosures, necessary disassembly, access to internal areas and reassembly are defined in the project scope. Manufacturer requirements, shutdowns or electrical isolation and the responsibilities of the specialists involved are agreed before work begins. Cleaning, maintenance, repair and electrical testing remain distinct activities.
Fitting the building's operations
We coordinate work areas, approvals and service windows with your facilities and system managers. The required safe equipment state for internal cleaning of electrical devices and systems is agreed in advance.
A coordinated view of your site
Building-services cleaning, server room cleaning and particle measurement can be considered together within a project. You receive an agreed scope and clear documentation while the different services retain their distinct purposes.
Frequently asked questions
Do you clean transformers and LV/HV equipment?
