Review room air alongside equipment needs
We review dust levels, accessible air paths and your equipment requirements, alongside temperature and humidity. Existing readings are discussed with your team. Manufacturer specifications and site conditions remain the basis for assessment.
Mobile HEPA H14 air cleaning
Our portable units filter particle-laden air in server rooms, data centers and technical areas. Position and run time are planned for the room. Dust already deposited on surfaces and inside equipment needs separate cleaning.
During and after construction
Portable air cleaning can support cleaning and decontamination after construction-dust ingress. We coordinate separation, airflow and surface cleaning. Particle checks before, during or after the work can be agreed in addition.
Filtered supply air for positive-pressure zones
Enclosed racks or separated equipment areas can be supplied with HEPA-filtered air. Unit design, air volume, pressure and operating mode must suit the application. We agree checks for temperature, air supply, filter condition and pressure throughout use.
What the filter specification means
We use H14 HEPA filters. The supplied unit specification states 99.995% efficiency at 0.3 µm under a DOP test at 100 CFM. This is a result for the stated test conditions, not a room-wide cleanliness guarantee. Room volume, contamination, airflow, filter condition and run time also matter in use.
Measure in the right places
One room reading does not show conditions everywhere around the equipment. Where commissioned, we review existing data or measure at agreed points such as rack air inlets or inside a protected zone. Temperature and humidity are assessed against equipment requirements; differences and changes are recorded.
Check particles, filters and air paths
Visual checks reveal deposits on surfaces, filters and accessible air paths. Particle measurements can supplement this review. We agree sampling points, conditions and assessment criteria first. Raised floors, supply and return areas and CRAH surroundings may also be included.
Follow changes during construction
Opened access points, new work and changed airflow can affect a protected area. We establish what is checked, how often and who is notified about deviations. For positive-pressure zones, agreed pressure conditions and temperature are included.
Results and follow-up
The report records measurement locations, times, conditions, values and observations. We then discuss cleaning, specialist assessment or further checks with you. Continuous monitoring requires a separate agreement on equipment, review and response. Technical HVAC maintenance and control changes remain with the relevant specialists.
