More than servers and racks
Power, cooling, batteries and building services are part of a data center too. We clean their rooms and accessible installation surfaces, routinely or after construction.
HV and LV areas
We clean high-voltage and low-voltage rooms, related switchgear areas and approved enclosure and surrounding surfaces. Access, equipment state and required approvals are established beforehand with the responsible team.
CRAH units and cooling equipment
The scope can cover enclosures, air paths, floors, pipework and adjoining trays around CRAH units. Manufacturer and operator requirements apply.
Panels, cabinets and distribution equipment
We clean control panels, enclosures and areas of electrical distribution equipment, taking care around controls, connections and settings. Opening or internally cleaning an installation is planned with the responsible specialists.
Busbars and insulators
We clean approved busbars, insulators and surrounding areas. Methods and scope depend on materials, construction and contamination.
Cable terminations and switching equipment
The scope can include connection areas, terminal surroundings, accessible wiring and switchgear enclosures. We review circuit breakers and other switching equipment with your equipment team.
Filters in CRAH units
CRAH filters can also be included in the assignment. Manufacturer instructions determine which filters can be cleaned and which need replacement.
Battery rooms and UPS equipment
We clean the exterior of the batteries, along with battery racks, enclosures, floors and surrounding areas. Our methods take account of materials and manufacturer requirements.
Pump rooms and other plant rooms
The scope may include pump enclosures, pipework, supporting structures, cable trays and floors. During the assessment, we also review difficult access points and record construction dust and other deposits.
Preparation and handover
Area, equipment count, contamination and access determine the effort. We document the completed work. Any shutdowns and electrical work are coordinated with qualified equipment personnel.
